The whole house is for rent at
the following prices:

Hotel policies

All
price are per room for one night in BGN and the price
include accommodation /without
breakfast/, city tax
and 9 % VAT.

There are
five double and two triple room for 16 people when
using standard beds.

One
child under 7 years stays free of charge when using
existing beds.

For reservation is
required advance payment of a 100% of the total amount
by bank transfer.

case of No-show from
30% of the total
price of the reservation will be charged.

Personal
data of the client will not be provided to third

Maximum capacity of 1 extra bed in some of the rooms (room N 5, N 6 ) after payment of 20 BGN per night for extra bed.

When the
price are changed we update our Price List and web-site.

Rooms with air conditioner are N3,
5, 6 and 7. Rooms without air
conditioner are N1, 2 and 4.

Rooms N 3, 4 and 5 have common
terrace

For guests when they want to use Sauna and Jacuzzi -
extra pay 10 BGN per one person during 30 min for every
one sauna/Jacuzzi

Pets
are not allowed.

The heating
in the house in the winter is with pellet boiler.

Upon finding broken and
damaged things and objects after a stay in the house,
they are paid on the spot at the host.

When renting
the house, according to the Public Order Ordinance, it
is prohibited to cause noise in residential buildings or
near them for the period
from 23.00 to 06.00 during the
summer period and
from 22.00 to 07.00 during the winter
period.
It is also
forbidden to hold noisy celebrations and any other
actions disturbing the night silence on the streets,
squares and other public places.
